and who might you be...

My name is Tobias Strandh, I live in the Capital of fika, also known as Alingsas just outside Gothenburg in Sweden. I have worked with leadership, digitization and communication since the 90’s including being a father since 1992 with six great kids in total (four girls to start with and two guys in the end)… I am a big football (soccer) lover with the favorite teams BK Hacken (Sweden), Bayern Munich (Germany) and Liverpool (UK).

BACKGROUND

I have a fairly broad background with experience of leadership from the restaurant world, insurance, consulting, sales and business not least the combination of continuous skills development and input from several of the Nordic region’s largest employers. I’m am a strong supporter of continuous learning and in addition to what we learn every day in our professional dialogues and insights from family and friends, regular training in various forms is something that I myself have greatly benefited from.

I’ve received inspiration from participation in international conferences, shorter courses and certifications in leadership, Innovation, EdTech, Agile Methods, IT technology and development, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), ICAgile Professional Certification (ICP-TAL) Agile HR, Leading SAFe 4.5 + Certification , Management 3.0 Facilitator, Certified Orangino Works Coach , Certified Microsoft Sales Professional, Certified AWS Business Professional, Certified Modern Workspace Expert and more through the years .
